Horizon by Frederik Strobbe
Some years ago, Frederik Strobbe decided that the mainstream kites were not up to par with his skills, so he started to develop his own models. Starting from well known kites, he slowly reached the level of design that was perfect to fly on the beach with him as the pilot. Not kites that everyone could do tricks with out of the bag, they all needed some adapting. Never the less, he got a commercial deal with a local kite-builder (Didak) that made his model named "Horizon". After a while, the deal dried out. We have no idea how many Horizons were sold, but now the chance is here for those who want something special to fly with! Here's all the info and the plans: plans.pdf
